When Fogle handed over his driver's license to the MP, he found that he had his commercial driving license certification, the video shows.

“As you will see, I am a CDL driver and as I said, my life is (expedant),” said Fogle.

Layton arrested fog because of the suspicion of driving under the influence and transported him to Washington State Patrol on Interstate 5 near Ridgefield, about 18 miles north of the crash scene. The video overview notes that the Libra-Station House has a room with a machine, analyzed with the breath alcohol level. They arrived at the Skala house at 11:33 p.m., the video says.

When they arrived, the video Layton shows that he would take off his handcuffs if he worked together. Once inside, Layton Fogle's handcuffs removed and Fogle put his hands upside down. Layton said to Fogle that he didn't have to do that, but Fogle said: “This is for her security.”

Layton asked Nebel several times whether fog was planning to hurt him. Fogle promised that he wouldn't do it. Fogle also said: “You don't know who you are dealing with.” Layton asked Nebel again if Fogle would hurt him and Fogle said “No”. Then Layton said to Fogle, he trusted him according to the video.

A minute later Fogle said: “Maybe I'll make it through the night. I don't know.” Layton said to Fogle that he would make it through the night and that “this is not as big as you think,” said the video.

Nebel said again his life was over. Layton asked Fogle why and Fogle said again that he was a commercial driver and would no longer be able to make a living. Layton assured fog that he had previously arrested commercial drivers who could find the ways to get forward. Fog, relentless, it disagreed, shows the video.

Fogle later said to Layton: “I'm a dead man. You speak with a dead man.” According to the video, Layton did not agree.

When Fogle said again that he wouldn't make it through the night, Layton Nebel asked if he would kill himself. Fogle replied: “Who knows?” Layton asked Nebel if there was someone with whom he could speak to Fogle, and Fogle said “No”, the video shows.

Fogle can be heard later and to say: “You know what is crazy, it is only you and I in this (expantive) space.” Layton told Fogle that it was a police station, although they were alone in the room and were state soldiers in the building. When Fogle Layton asked if he was sure and how many soldiers were in the building, Layton turned and asked Fogle why he said that according to the video.

Layton told Fogle that he would put him back in handcuffs and instructed Fogle to stand and turn around. Fogle stood and asked Layton whether he was safe. When Layton pressed Fogle's chest to turn it around, Fogle can be seen in the video that extends to Layton's waist.

Layton can be heard how he shouts fog to get away. Layton sparkled that he fought with fog and that fog grabbed the video for his weapon.

Layton called: “Marc, you will be shot (expedant)” and Fogle replied: “Yes, I want that.” Layton repeatedly called Fogle to get away from him, the video shows.

The couple falls on the floor, with fog on Layton. Fogle can be heard that they say: “I don't want to record them,” said the video overview, which was deactivated Layton camera during the fight.

The video is resumed with the face down on the floor, which is now in handcuffs, and does not seem to be reacting. Layton can be seen how the shirt and the sweatshirt cuts from Fogle and reveals more than a dozen stab wounds on the upper back of Fogle.

Layton can be heard from the breath and asks an employee of the state patrol, which can now be seen in the video, for medical care.

Layton said to Fogle: “I won't let you die, Marc. You will be fine, man.” Fog can be heard in the video and gives an incomprehensible answer. The medical staff came for Fogle for dead and dead on May 8th at 12:39 p.m.. The video overview is said.

Layton remains on an administrative holiday, the standard protocol. The Office for Independent Investigations examines the knife stab and will forward his report to the public prosecutor's office of Clark County for review.
