Lyles, tenn. (WSMV) – A judge from Tennessee fell the indictment against a school bus driver who was recently quoted in an accident in which the students were injured in Sumner County on Friday.

The charges were rejected by Nolle Prosqui, which means that the district no longer wanted to pursue the case.
