Jennifer Garner celebrates her mother's 87th birthday with an adorable video

Jennifer Garner Looks at her mother. Garner celebrated her mother in a new video that was shared in her Instagram stories Pat 87th birthday and shares one of her mother's impressive successes that she has achieved for years.

The video was shared via Garner's Instagram stories and shows that she is sitting in the trainer alongside Pat. The clip celebrates PATS impressive level of activity and the fact that it is one of Apple Watch's greatest fans at the age of 87.

“Mom, your apple guard. How many days have your rings closed?” She asks her.

Pat answers quickly and proudly. “One thousand seven hundred and fifteen,” she said.

“It's very good!” said Garner.

The Apple Watch has three rings that stand for the most important fit nettle elements that it persecutes and represents “Move”, “Exercise” and “Stand”. The fact that Pat has completed this number of days shows that it corresponds incredibly with her routines and fitness. It is clearly a source of inspiration for Garner, which also dedicates a lot of time and efforts in her physical health.

Garner's ongoing challenge

On her birthday, Garner revealed that she took on an ongoing challenge for a good cause. She revealed that she would run a mile a day for 67 days while donating to the children to provide children in need.

Garner announced that running is not her favorite sport and kept her followers up to date on social media, shared some of her progress in her stories.

“Okay, Mountain Mama,” she said recently in a video that has a geotag from West Virginia.

“West Virginia, you are pretty, but you are all hills! 29,” she said, referring to her day in the challenge.
