5 suspects who were arrested with transnational organized crime ring in Fontana: police

According to the police department of Irvine, five suspects, which were assumed that they were part of a transnational organized crime ring after a break -in on Easter Sunday in Fontana.

An investigation connected the suspects with several other burglaries in South California.

What we know:

On Sunday, April 20, the Irvine police officers answered a call from a resident of the cultivation of unknown people in their house, as could be seen on surveillance material.

At the scene, the officials found the residence and found that designer money exchanges, shoes and jewelry had been stolen.

At that time, no suspects were found inside.

An officer of the perimeter discovered a suspicious vehicle that left the area and stopped the driver, who claimed to be a driver delivery driver but could not indicate a delivery address.

A search of the vehicle resulted in suspicious items that led to the clerks of the driver, 24-year-old Jhon Osorioarias from Fontana, to arrest the driver because he was not licensed.

On May 15, Osorioarias and his alleged accomplices in Fontana were arrested in an operation with the IPD drone team, the real -time criminal center and the detective.

The other arrested people were identified as Jesus Hernandezchavez, 42, Fontana; John Fredy Sanabria, 42, Fontana; Duber Salarte, 48, Fontana; and Isneidy Ortiz Valencia, 29, Colton.

All five suspects were booked in the Orange County prison under various charges, including burglary, conspiracy for the break -in of burglary and possession of narcotics.

In Fontana and Colton, search commands were served, which led to a survey of evidence that the group connects with the break -in of Irvine residential.

What we don't know:

The specific details of the “transnational organized crime ring” and its international connections were not announced.

Officials did not state the exact type and amount of the narcotics found in their possession.

The full extent of the other burglaries in South California on which the crew is accepted is still being examined.

It is unclear whether all stolen objects from the Irvine residence were recovered.

What's next:

The examination has not yet been completed, and detectives still sort out the evidence recorded by the search command.
