MS-13-speed members shot the informant in the grocery store in South La, says Doj

LOS ANGELES – – Three MS-13 gang members face the death penalty after being charged on Friday that they have murdered a former member of their gang that works with a federal investigation.

What we know:

Dennis Anaya Urias, Grevil Zelaya Santiago and Roberto Carlos Aguilar, all from South -Los -Los Angeles, were charged on Friday for murder in favor of unemployment. Officials said that the Aguilar is an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador.

The background story:

The shootout occurred on February 18 in a superior food dealer in South -La.

Before this day, MS-13 knew that the victim worked with the government, and the gang gave the “green light” to kill him. But officials say that the shootout may not be planned that night.

Just an hour before the shootout, the victim supposedly met Aguilar in the grocery store and afterwards “Aguilar started a number of events that led to the fact that Urias and Santiago shooted and killed the victim,” claims the doj.

Later that night the victim called the police twice and said that MS-13 members tried to kill him. First he told the authorities that he spoke to gang members when another man covered his face and tried to shoot him. But the weapon didn't fire.

During the second call for help, the officials said they heard shots.

At the time, the witnesses of the police announced that the shooters pursued the victim through the grocery store before shooting and killing him.

What's next:

Urias, Santiago and Aguilar are all recorded without a deposit, and their charges are planned for June 3. If you are convicted, you will have a minimum of life in prison. However, all three men were able to face the death penalty.

The FBI and the Los Angeles police department are still investigating the case.
