For the first time in 25 years, the New York Knicks are going to the Eastern Conference final.

The Knicks destroyed the Boston Celtics on Friday with a series clinching 119-81 victory in game 6 to get their first conference finale since 2000.

With the Knicks, which led the series 3-2, the expectations in the Madison Square Garden were high and some of the most expensive tickets. New York exceeded expectations and destroyed Boston when the Celtics pulled their starters in the third quarter.
