Cole Cramer, who fails for the state, meets with injuries

Cole Cramer from Southern, one of the fastest sprinters in the history of New Jersey, will not compete at the state championship meeting, according to a report by ASBury Park Press.

Cramer told Jerry Carino from ASBury Park Press, who broke the story on Friday that a left thigh tribes that he suffered from the Ocean County Championships on May 8 forced him to scratch NJsiaa South Jersey Group 4 championships in Pennsauken.

Carina's whole story is here

Since Cramer is not running at the section championships, he cannot qualify for the State Group Championships or the Meet of Champions.

The University of Tennessee-bound Cramer said Carino said that he would like to return to Franklin Field in Philadelphia in Franklin Field in Philadelphia.

Cramer has put together one of the biggest résumés in state history for a sprinter.

Last spring, Cramer organized a wind in the 100-meter folding board, which won the second fastest all-circition period in the history of the state in the history of 10.35 wind-legal times in NJ history in NJ history with 21.18 wind-legal times in the 200 and 200 at State Group 4 champions.

Last winter, Cramer ran a state record of 6.62 in the 60m 6.24, that's No. 3 in history in New Jersey !!! He came 21.28 in the 200 in the 200, which is number 7 in the history of New Jersey.

This season, Cramer dropped the wind times of times 10.30 in the 100 and 21.11 in the 200.

As already mentioned, since Cramer does not participate in the section championships, he cannot go to the state group championships or the Meet of Champions, since according to the rules of the NJSiaa, they have to compete in the sections and groups to advance. There are no exceptions.

This raises the question of why no qualified standards for the Meet of Champions have?

Nobody can ever argue that Cramer's time and their curriculum vitae are a place in the Meet of Champions !!! There must be a way to ensure that the best athletes in the state, like Cramer, do not miss the largest meeting in the state, since an injury or illness kept them out of the section championships that are 19 days before the champions meeting this year!

The best athletes in the state are part of the champions' meeting !!!

The NJSiaa uses qualified standards for the swimming meeting of the champions. It came time that the same is used for athletics!
