The man is not guilty of guilty in the Billings Trailer Park Fire Murder

Billings – The man who has been accused of leading a man in a South Billings residential car park did not think about the Yellowstone County District Court on Thursday.

The 32 -year -old Justin Hosey appeared for the first time against judge Jeanne Walker against the indictment for murder.

Walker ordered him to capture a bond of 500,000 US dollars and wear a GPS monitor. He is also on probation for previous crimes in North Carolina.

The Coroner Office of the Yellowstone County identified the victim on Thursday as a 62-year-old Michael Lee Huston von Billings.

According to accumulated documents, Hosey believed that Huston was a pedophile that was based on an inappropriate comment that he had made about an underage girl without any other evidence.

On Saturday, Hosey allegedly gave Huston Meth, tied him, poured him to petrol and brought him on fire in his residence.

The public prosecutor stated in the documents that several witnesses had reported to the authorities that Hosey was approved in the crime.
