12 Pronghorn illegally killed in Hunt Area north of Kemmerer

Kemmerer, Wyo. – The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is illegally shot for information about 12 Pronghorn and leaves north of Kemmerer in Antelope Hunt Area 93.

Kemmerer Game Warten Alex Poncelet received the report on April 27 from a member of the public who discovered several dead Pronghorn while re -enacting Viva Naughton Reservoir on Ham's Fork Road.

During the examination, a total of 12 pronghorn, which had been shot between April 26 and on the morning of April 27, including several who were still alive and had to be put to sleep by players.

“This incident is extremely worrying because the entire antelope shot and rot and no edible parts from the antelope were removed,” said Poncelet. “In this incident, the individuals or persons who were responsible aimed at several mature dollars and showed a complete disregard for Wyoming's wildlife and law -like hunters.”
