Teen, which was condemned to probation in the fatal Aurora crash, according to report

According to CBS Colorado, a teenager who owes to the death of a 24-year-old woman in Aurora for the death of a 24-year-old woman in Aurora was sentenced to two years.

The von Kaitlyn Weaver family spoke out against the Plea deal this week after saying that the 18th public prosecutor's office had initially undertaken to apply for the maximum prison sentence of two years in youth corrections.

Most details of the case are not publicly available because the Colorado Law prevents the public prosecutor from publishing information about young cases.

Weaver's family said CBS that she drove home from work in July when a 15-year-old boy who lives illegally in the country fell against her in an Aurora district with 90 miles per hour. She was removed from life preservation two days later.

Weaver's family now has almost 1 million US dollars of medicinal bills and little recourse because the teenager had no insurance, CBS reported.

In a statement, the deputy prosecutor Ryan Brackley said that the public prosecutor's office of the district lawyer “clearly condemned such a ruthless and illegal behavior that had devastating and irreversible results”.

The public prosecutor's office communicated with Weaver's family before the teenager believed, and the family members spoke at the hearing of the conviction about their memories of Kaitlyn, said Brackley.
