57-year-old motorcyclist killed by Erie County Crash: OSHP

Berlin Township, Ohio (Woio) – A man from Norwalk lost his life after his motorcycle crashed in the municipality of Berlin on Friday evening, the Ohio State Highway Patrol confirmed.

Oshp said that the Sandusky post was sent to SR-61 at 8:25 p.m. on May 16 at 8:25 p.m. at around 8:25 p.m.

The driver of the Harley Davidson Road King Classic from 2002 was identified by Oshp as 57-year-old Mark Hoover from Norwalk.

The preliminary investigation showed that, according to OSHP, Hoover crashed to SR-61 shortly after a left turn on the way to the south.

Then he went off the right street, according to Oshp, a trench and pension rod before he came to a last stop.

North Central Ems tried to save Hoover, said Oshp, but he was declared dead at the scene.

Oshp said that North Central Ems brought Hoover's body in Evans Funeral Home in Norwalk and was later brought to Lucas County's forensic doctor.

Hoover did not wear his helmet at the time of the crash, confirmed OHSP.

The crash is still being examined.

The Sheriff's office of Erie County, the Berlin fire brigade and foster towing also scene.
