Norwalk Mann killed in Ohio 61 motorcycle fall on Friday evening

Berlin township-a man from Norwalk was killed after a motorcycle accident with a vehicle on Friday evening on a route from Ohio 61, according to the Sandusky Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Mark Hoover, 57, from Norwalk, died at the crime scene.

The incident took place around 8:25 p.m. in Ohio 61 south of Chapin Road in the municipality of Berlin, Erie County.

According to the patrol, Hoover ran a 2002 Harley Davidson Road King Classic and had just negotiated a left curve when he drove from the right side of the street. The motorcycle met a ditch and a power post before he came to the final break.

Hoover was transported by North Central Ems in Evans Funeral Home in Norwalk, which was later transported to the forensic doctor of Lucas County.

The patrol stated that Hoover was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol was supported by the Erie County Sheriff's Office, Berlin Fire, Foster Squid and North Central Ems at the crime scene.

The crash is examined.
