Rochester woman who is charged because of a crash of East Circle Drive injury

Rochester, MN (Kroc-am news)- The woman behind the wheel of a vehicle, which was involved in an injury accident in Rochester at the beginning of this year, is now charged with crimes.

This emerges from a criminal complaint that was submitted in front of the County Court in Olmsted on Tuesday. The crash occurred on the morning of February 16.

The Rochester police said that five people in the vehicle were aged 20 to 34.

Araya was brought to St. Mary's Hospital, where the investigators took a blood sample. In an analysis of the sample, the blood alcohol concentration of Araya was measured at 0.082, the complaint said.
