White Sox Place LHP Tyler Gilbert on the 15-day injured list of a knee injury

Chicago (AP) -The Chicago White Sox put the left-hander Tyler Gilbert on the 15-day injured list of a bricked up MCL in the left knee.

The White Sox also remembered the left-handed Jared Shuster from Triple-A Charlotte before playing against the Chicago Cubs. Shuster was sent on Friday.

The 31 -year -old Gilbert left the serial opener against the Cubs after being exposed to two batteries. He is 1: 1 with an ERA of 4.85 in 13 games this season.

Gilbert had a similar problem in spring training, but Manager wants Venable said he said it was not as bad as before.

“I have the two weeks. Let's see how he can react,” said Venable.

The White Sox also said that the Infielder Jacob Amaya had deleted exceptionally and had spoken out about Charlotte.
