Payton Pritchhard offers hope for the NBA dynasty of Celtics

The Celtics have not reached their goal this season, but the team hopes that the fans will not count them.

Boston's championship window is determined by the renovation and development of its players. That is why Pritchard does not quite see this season as a failure.
