“At the moment, more than any other time in my life, they have to do justice to the oath they do. Because I have to be honest with them: they make a real emergency,” said Walz of the crowd, who greeted him with loud applause. “Every day, the President of the United States finds new ways to trample the rights and undermine the rule of law.”

Walz pointed to it Trump's immigrationThis also includes the deportation of alleged gang members in a notorious prison in El Salvador, questions about the lack of proper procedure and the offer of a talented jet from the ruling family of Qatar to the president.

In his speech at the beginning, Walz admitted that his words were particularly pointed out to a solemn ceremony.

“Some would say: 'Boy will be far too political for an opening speech.' But I would argue: I would not honor my oath if I didn't address this head, “he said to applause and cheers.

He later mocked some democrats who asked the party to concentrate on topics such as trade in which Trump asked poorly instead of the rule of law.

He also attacked “neat” and “cowardly” Large law firms This has endured this in view of the threats, and some offer millions of Pro -Bono work and other advantages.
