The experienced drummer Josh Freese announced that after almost two years he was dropped by Foo Fighters and described the decision as “shocking” and “disappointing”.

Freese continued how he received the news. “The Foo fighters called me on Monday evening to let me know that they decided to go in a different direction with their drummer.” There was no reason, ”he wrote.
