After her defeat, Kamala Harris reappears to weigh Trump

When Kamala Harris gives her first big public speech on Wednesday after her bitter defeat to Donald Trump, she will enter the political spotlight in a way that she has not done since November.

Harris has largely stayed outside the public since she was left as a vice president in January as Vice President, and she decided not to burden Trump and his politics like other prominent Democrats.

That will change on Wednesday. She is supposed to address the keynote address at the Emerge Gala of the 20th anniversary in the Palace Hotel in San Francisco and honor the role of the group in the election of more democratic women in California politics. It is expected that she is Trump because of his politics and how she believes that they fail the Americans.

“There is currently a requested lawsuit for your voice,” said a former advisor to Harris Senior, the anonymity. “Nobody can pursue the case better and inspire a call to act than the former Vice President.”

It is expected that Harris argues that what is now developing in Trump administration feels chaotic for Americans, but is actually an implementation of a long-planned agenda that reflects a narrow vision of America, a person who is familiar with Harris' expected comments. A large part of this was interpreted in conservative politics Blueprint Project 2025, which Harris warned on the campaign path despite its protests, the voters of Trump's agenda.

Trump rejected the project in 2025 during the 2024 presidential race and denied the relationships. However, this changed after being chosen when it was started. Since then, Trump has hired several authors of the report to important administrative positions, including the Office for Management and Household Director Russell Vouht, Immigration Czar Tom Homan, the top trade consultant Peter Navarro and the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, Brendan Carr, chairman.

It is also expected that Harris claims that the United States is now exposed to a potential constitutional crisis, and it is a moment when voices of dissent and those who organize themselves are more important than ever.

Harris went on privately. She conducted discussions with chosen officials, supporters, experts and allies to talk about how the Democrats have to think about their own priorities and agenda in the long term. Part of Harris' focus is on examining the way the Democrats communicate with the American public and knows the knowledge of their comments.

Harris scored the head of the democratic ticket last year and replaced President Joe Biden just 15 weeks before the election day. The historical change occurred after Biden took part in a devastating debate against Trump in June when he sometimes stared into space and could not complete a sentence.

A fire storm of the party about bidens cognitive skills broke out, and finally he leaned out of the race. Harris brought a new life to the ticket, filled venues in the battlefield states and shaken fundraisers.

But after a 107-day vertebral presidential campaign of $ 1.5 billion, Harris could not overcome the voters who wanted to change, and said they believed that Trump would initiate a booming economy.

However, that didn't happen. Instead, his tariff policy triggered the chaos in the markets and brought fear of a trade war. He was accused of ignoring court orders and has pushed the boundaries of the presidential power – including temporary intimidating independent institutions such as universities and explains that they have to reduce guidelines that support diversity, or their federal financing, or their federal financing.

An NBC messages driven by Surveymonkey found that 55% of adults displeased his handling of his job. Several other national surveys planned for the 100-day brand had similar results, including Fox News, one of Trump's most popular outlets. The Pew Research Center showed that Trump's approval was 40%.

“Obviously, many voters regret their selection of 2024, and Harris, who is the 20th anniversary of Emerge as a vehicle for delivery pointed remarks at the right time with the right group of people,” said the former consultant.

Some of Harris' advisors insisted that she simply had no time to do her case – she had come into the scene too late. She has not yet said whether she wants to run again or whether she would run for the governor of California – a serious consideration, according to helpers – and no announcement is expected on Wednesday.

Harris took part in public events with lower profiles, one of them this month when she spoke at the leading women's summit.

“We see that people stay still. We see that organizations remain silent. We see those who surrender to clearly unconstitutional threats. And these are the things that we experience in our country every day in the past few months, and understandably it creates a great feeling of fear,” said Harris. “There were many things we knew about.”

“I'm not here to tell you that I told you,” she added. “I swore that I wouldn't say that!”

“Fear is a way of being contagious,” she said. “But I also say that, my dear friends: courage is also contagious.”

A source that is familiar with Harris' upcoming remarks said that on Wednesday it is expected to expand these topics and highlight those who have stood against Trump.
