OU Baseball Drops series against Texas as Longhorn's rally after rain delay

Texas Baseball achieved eight runs in the last three innings to beat OU 9-1 in L. Dale Mitchell Park on Saturday to win the series between the teams.

The Sooners end the regular 33-19 season in total and 14-16 in the second game.

OU will open the SEC tournament in Hoover, Alabama on Tuesday.

Texas won the first game of the series 7: 4 on Thursday, before the Sooners won the second game on Friday with 8: 6 on Dawson Willis' deceased Homerun.

Sooners Pitcher Malachi Witherspoon had retired 10 consecutive rackets in seventh place before he found trouble.

Casey Borba drove to break a 1-1 tie with the choice of a field player, and Witherspoon went Ethan Mendoza to run the bases.
