Stray Bullet Hits Child, 18-year-old killed in federal way

Federal Way, Wash. – – An 18-year-old died, according to the Federal police police, with an overnight stay in the Federal Way apartment complex. They told Fox 13, an 11-year-old, was also hit by a stray ball while sleeping.
