The season of the softball team No. 16 is on the edge of the end, after led to Stanford on May 17 during the NCAA regional game at the Jane Sanders Stadium.

It is the worst defeat of the ducks in the post -season history and the first loss during the regional round of the NCAA night season in Eugene in program history. Oregon had entered the day in the previous seven regionals in which it was held.

The cardinal will climb into the regional championship on May 18, whereby two chances are progressing to the Super Regional round, while Oregon will play against Weber State again on May 17th at 7:35 p.m. to play against the cardinal again.

The ducks only had three hits in the loss, while Stanford 12 peeked around the field. The cardinal lifted the game in the sixth inning and achieved nine runs of six base hits, four free pass and one mistake.

The Ducks play Weber State, the Binghadton defeated 7: 4 in an excretion game at 7.35 p.m. at the Jane Sanders Stadium. The winner will play in the regional championship in Eugene Stanford on May 18.

Oregon against Stanford Softball Live updates, highlights

No. 16 Oregon dropped his worst after-season loss in the program history and fell on Stanford on Stanford in six Innerings. The defeats of Ducks 13-Run in the shade put the worst after season loss of ever in the shade, which was previously set up in Norman in 2008 in an 11-0 defeat against Oklahoma.

If Oregon cannot raise runs in the bottom of the inning, Stanford wins over Run Rule. The cardinal still has two outs to work.

The cardinal led the lead with 9-1 in the sixth inning and still has all three outs to work on the base with two runners. Stanford is two runs from the running rule that came into force.

Sophomore Taylour Spencer was the fourth Oregon pitcher who entered the game after Staci Chambers had allowed two Baserunners to open the top of sixth place. Stanford still has three outs that can be used to work at the top of the sixth.

The ducks went down in the end of fifth place and still step into 5: 1 after Stanford.

In the fifth two more Solo -Homer runs, the cardinal accepted on the board, before the Staci Chambers induced a flyout and excluded the last dough of the inning to limit the damage just two runs.

Jade Berry added the solo Homerun parade in the following bat and crushed a ball from Staci Chambers above the scoreboard in the right field. Stanford leads 5: 1 with four of their seven hits Solo Homeruns.

The cardinal hit his third solo homerun of the game in the fifth, with River Mahler knocking him over the fence of Lyndsey Grein over the midfield fence to make it 4-1 Stanford. The cardinal still has two outs to work and the ducks exchange Grein with Staci chambers.

The ducks scratched a run to get on the board, but could no longer raise an offensive and 3: 1 on the fifth way to the fifth.

It took the fourth inning, but Oregon is finally on the board. Catcher Emma Cox took a walk to get on the base and was replaced so that Regan Legg could run on the bases. After a wild field, Legg moved to second place, and Stefini Ma'ake hit a one-out single on the left field line to achieve Legg from the second. Stanford still leads Oregon 3-1 in the bottom of the fourth.

The cardinal accepted another solo homerun on the board, whereby Allie Clements with nine holes hit one over the left field fence to create a 3-0 lead in the top of the fourth with two outs.

The ducks did not produce effective bats and fell back too often in counts to bring runners to the base. Oregon has only one goal through three innings and trails 2-0 that go fourth.

After Lyndsey Grein had entered Elise Sokolsky, he allowed a walk to open the third inning and then sent the cardinal in order. It is the first inning of the game without a run for Stanford.

Kaylynn Jones headed a two-out single for Oregon's first player, but the ducks otherwise went quietly and continued 2-0 on the third.

With a runner in second place, Grein got out of the inning without having the runner advance.

Stanford leads at the end of the second 2: 0.

Elise Sokolsky only took 1 1/3 inner and gave four goals and two runs and another Baserunner before Oregon trainer Melyssa Lombardi made a change and brought Ace Lyndsey Grein. Grein used the 8-0 win against the State of Weber on May 16. Oregon is still 2-0 with only one in the top of the second.

Stanford First Baseman Joie Economides met a solo homerun by Elise Sokolsky to double the cardinal advantage at the top of the second inn 2-0. Lyndsey Grein warms up in the bullpen for the ducks.

Paige Sinicki and Rylee McCoy rose to the base about free passes in the bottom of the first, but after moving from Kylie Chung to Alyssa Houston, the Cardinal moved the next two Oregon battery to retire to escape the inning intact. Stanford leads Oregon 1-0 after an inn.

Stanford got the starter Elise Sokolsky in Oregon early, with Taryn Kern focused on a ball and took third place in the midfielder Kedre Lushar. Emily Jones knocked into the core in the next bat on a helicopter in the Infield.

Sokolsky then retired the next three. Stanford leads 1-0 at the end of the first place.
