The street of the Deer Park will be opened again after a multiveal crash

A street for the deer park was opened again after a multivehicles crash forced a closure on Saturday afternoon.

Detective say that the crash was taken shortly after 3 p.m. near the intersection of the Deer Park Avenue and the Grand Boulevard.

The police had not said how many people were injured, what conditions their conditions were or how many cars were involved in Saturday evening.

Michelle Restaino from North Babylon told News 12 that she was involved in the crash. She said she was ending at the Deer Park Avenue near the Olympic dinner at the back. She says the driver who met her continued.

The location of the Major crash is about half a mile down the road from the diner at the intersection of the Grand Boulevard.

“We were struck from behind, and then he went around us, over the divider, and went north to the south to the north,” she said. “He just looked like he was going straight, he never looked, he never stopped.”

Turan Dilmen said he saw the crash.

“I watched and pumped the gas. He didn't even touch the brake,” he said.

The people in the area said news 12 drivers that 12 drivers in the Deer Park Avenue have often accelerated and accidents have happened, but nothing like what happened on Saturday.
