US President Donald Trump has grabbed the singer-songwriter Taylor Swift again. In a fresh social media contribution, he claimed that her popularity had decreased since he criticized her during the 2024 election season.

In a post that was shared on his platform, Truth Social, Trump wrote on Friday: “Has anyone noticed that since I said:” I hate Taylor Swift “, is she no longer hot?”

The comment came during his ongoing visit in the Middle East and was another case of Trump, who was directed against Swift, the Vice President Kamala Harris had approved during the 2024 presidential campaign.

Taylor Swift's political confirmation had attracted considerable attention at that time and became a flash point in the election discourse.

While Trump's campaign first played down the support of the singer for the democratic ticket, the US President later reinforced his criticism and wrote: “I hate Taylor Swift!”

Trump has also criticized singers Bruce Springsteen, who, like Taylor Kamala Harris, supported. Springsteen recently aimed at Trump's presidency during a concert tour in Europe and described it as “authoritarian” tendencies.
