The St. Andrew North police officially charged the businessman Robert Bell in connection with the attack of a nurse on Tuesday, which was recorded in a now viral video.

The indictment was based on Saturday against 65-year-old St. Andrew.

He is charged with the assault that causes actual body damage, with the intention of causing severe damage, to cause after the common law, to have a firearm that intends to commit a crime of the first schedule and to have a firearm, with the intention of causing injuries.

The police said at 7.15 p.m., the nurse was on the way to work when her vehicle was hindered by a vehicle driven by Bell. There was a dispute between the two people in which the woman was physically attacked several times.

The following day the police were arrested by Bell.

He was then charged with a question and answer interview in the presence of his lawyer.

The police say they have also confiscated their licensed firearm.

His court date is completed.
