Months before she was arrested for spy for Pakistan, an Indian man had already expressed concerns about the travel of Vlogger Jyoti Malhotra. Who is Jyoti Malhotra?

Jyoti Malhotra, a resident of Hisar, was arrested last week because he had shared sensitive Indian military information with Pakistan. Her arrest comes weeks after Pahalgam's terrorist attack, in which more than 25 civilians were killed.

Although Malhotra was arrested in May 2025, an old social media post had warned of Pakistan more than a year ago. The post, which goes back by May 2024, has become viral after its arrest.

According to reports, Malhotra 2023 visited Pakistan twice. Her social media posts show that excursions to Kashmir followed on her visits to Kashmir.

Old warning against Jyoti Malhotra

An X user named Kapil Jain had warned the national investigation agency to examine its activities in May 2024.

“Nia, please keep this lady exactly. She visited and obtained the Pakistani embassy function and then visited Pakistan for 10 days after Kashmir. [sic]“Jain had posted and shared a screenshot from Jyoti Malhotras YouTube page.

The prophetic warning has achieved one million views since Malhotra's arrest.

“Wow! This guy found its activities in a whole year before their arrest! Respect!” wrote an X user in the comment area. “You have to question the security authorities if a random Twitter user literally cracks a case about a Pakistani spy one year before him,” wrote another.

Jyoti, whose YouTube channel and Instagram account have 3.77 LAKH subscribers or 1.33 Lakh supporters, was supposedly in contact with a Pakistani employee who worked at the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi. On May 13, India excluded Pakistani officials because he had supposedly spy.

According to the news agency PTI in 2023, Jyoti came into contact with Ehsan-Ur-Rahim alias Dänisch in the Pakistan High Commission, where, according to a fire, which was taken in the civilian police on May 16.
