Motorcyclist dead after crash with alleged DUI driver

San Jose – A motorcyclist died early Saturday morning after a fatal collision of a driver who, according to the California Highway Patrol, was suspected under the influence of influence.

According to CHP, the motorcyclist was a 36-year-old man. His identity was not published.

The driver of the vehicle is a 22-year-old man who suffered slightly too moderate injuries and was taken to the hospital.

The incident occurred around 1:53 a.m. when CHP was informed about an accident with AA vehicle and motorcycle near the US route 101 and Interstate 280.

Preliminary investigations showed that a white Cadillac Deville drove north to US 101 at an unknown speed. The motorcyclist was stopped on the right shoulder, which caused the vehicle to work.

The driver allowed the motorcyclist to leave the road from the road from a direct course. The front of the Cadillac then fell against the motorcycle and left the 36-year-old with fatal injuries.
