We expect the iPhone 17 to replace the iPhone 16 Plus this year, and it is expected that it has raised a few questions about the battery life. Now a new leak suggests that these questions could be answered using the next generation silicon battery.

According to a report by Bloomberg, Battery Maker TDK is with a significant upgrade in front of the schedule, in which silicon is used for the battery anode and not for conventional graphite. This means that 15% more energy can be packed in the same space.
