The 17-year-old, who was killed when shooting outside of Uptown Charlotte, says the police, says the police

Charlotte, NC (WBTV)-a 17-year-old was killed at a shootout outside of Uptown Charlotte early Sunday morning.

Shortly after 3 a.m., the officials were called for shooting on the Wending Way. When the officials arrived, they found the boy in the parking lot with gunshot wounds. He died on site.

The victim of the shootout was announced as Victor Ramirez Jr., 17th Ramirez 'family members about his death, the police said.
