Man, 26, stabbed in the northwest of Londons

A murder examination was initiated after a 26-year-old man stabbed in the northwest of London.

The police were called shortly after 3:30 a.m. on Sunday about a discussion on the Kingsbury Road, Kingsbury.

The officials found a man with a stab wound and he was taken to the hospital, but was later declared dead.

His next relative was informed with a formal identification and a post-mortem exam.

No arrests were made, the Metropolitan Police said.

Detective Chief Inspector Allam Bhangoo, who heads the murder examination, described the incident as “tragic”.

“We understand that this incident will lead to concern in the Kingsbury community, and we are grateful for their continued patience and cooperation,” he said.

“The residents can expect an increased police presence in the region to be increased together with a crime scene if we carry out the early phases of our investigation.”
