A teenager from Gainesville is exposed to several charges last week, including the vehicle murder, who demanded the life of a 35-year-old passenger.

According to the authorities, 19-year-old Jose Ruben Acosta Turcios drove on April 24, 2025 with a high speed rate along the Aviation Boulevard when he lost control of the vehicle. The car hit several solid objects before turning around, which led to the death of passenger Paquito Turcios Galvez.
