Charlize Theron speaks in an injury and works with Taron Egerton

Charlize Theron does not prevent any injury from connecting to fans. When advertising for her action-packed films, the Oscar winner revealed that she recovered after a minor injury. She played her own stunts for her latest action thriller “Apex”.

Theron explained that the accident occurred during an intensive scene in which she decided not to use safety equipment. This included a belt that would slow down to keep her weight.

Theron also gave the audience an insight into the story behind “Apex”. The film follows a woman who tries to rediscover herself on a lonely rock climbing trip. However, things take a terrible turn when it becomes the goal of a relentless human predator. She quickly tries to escape the terrible hike and begins to fight for her life. While the identity of the antagonist was not officially confirmed, many speculate that it is played by the “Rocketman” star, who also appeared in the trailer.

The survival thriller, led by Baltasar Kormákur, also plays Eric Bana, known for roles in “Troy”, “Hulk” and “The Time Traveler's wife” and Rachel McAdams. “Apex” against the rough Australian wilderness promises intensive action, emotional depth and gripping tension, which the viewers keep on their feet.
