“No chance” … Jaylen Brown injury leads to questions from the medical expert: “I guess I missed the part …”

A medical expert has a brutal attitude to Jaylen Brown's alleged meniscus injury.

Jaylen Brown helped the Boston Celtics to win the NBA championship in 2024. The Celtics star was sensational when he also won the NBA final 2024 MVP.

Many expected the C to be repeated as a NBA master, but this dream was ruined by the New York Knicks when Boston was eliminated in six games in the second round.

Brown was strongly criticized for his performance because the 4-time NBA All-Star in the conference semi-final was not at its best. After the Celtics exit early, it was reported that Brown was apparently injured.

Medical expert shouts Jaylen Browns Bluff

According to a recent report, Brown apparently played with a partially torn meniscus in the 2025 post season.

However, sports doctor Brian Sutterer recently questioned the legitimacy of Brown's meniscus injury to X.

“I guess I missed the part of the med. School, in which bone bloody products with meniscus tears were the same,” tweeted Sutterer.

However, the medical expert was not ready to call Brown and the Celtics.

He added in a separate tweet: “No chance that they gave him pain injections without having made an MRI. When was the meniscus tear diagnosed?”

In view of the fact that Brown received a large anti -aircraft because he did not give the Celtics in the absence of Jayson Tatum, who had suffered an injury at the end of the season in game 4, Sutterer's theory was immediately accepted by the fans.

Browns pay against New York Knicks

As the incumbent NBA final MVP, Brown's expectation was at least the second best player on the Celtics squad on a certain night.

However, Brown could not do this in the second round against the Knicks. After all, he achieved an average of 21.3 points, 6.7 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game compared to the Knicks.

While his numbers are still somewhat acceptable, Brown's shooting percentages are certainly not. The Celtics veteran was only 40.4% of the field and 28.9% from the three-point line in six games.

The Celtics still have to publish an explanation of Brown's registered meniscus injuries. So it would not be a surprise if NBA fans see his injury as an attempt to save his call for an overwhelming post -season run.
