The officials answered on Sunday at 8:25 a.m. to reports on a shot and a man who was identified on Wednesday as a 35-year-old Adrian Godinez and, according to the San Diego police department, went with a weapon in the 7900 block of the Skyline Drive.

While he took Godinez in custody, the officials noticed blood near the front door of the house and then carried out a welfare check, in which they found 56-year-old Luis Adrian Godinez, which was shot at least once. He was taken to a hospital where he died shortly afterwards.

On Wednesday, the police confirmed that the older man was Godinez 'father and that the house in which the shootout took place was the residence of both men.

“The investigators have learned that shots in the house probably took place at around 8:00 a.m., shortly before shooting the spirits business. Although the shootout was initially reported as a robbery, the suspect is not assumed that it has taken something out of the shop,” said the department in a statement.

The police said witnesses also reported that Godinez had a visible blood when entering Moonlight alcohol.

Godinez was admitted to the district prison for murder and murder.
