3 men killed, others injured at the shootout overnight in Macon, says Sheriff's Office, says Sheriff's Office

Macon, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Three men were killed and others were injured at one night in a bar in Macon, according to the Bibb County's sheriff.

According to Leon Jones, forensic doctor of BIBB County, 28-year-old Jedarrius Medows Jr., 32-year-old Javonta Fulks and 24-year-old Javisa Meadows were identified as the victims killed in the shootout.

The MPs from Bibb County responded to the Midtown Daiquiri Bar & Grill in 4376 Block Cabin Dr., after the shootout was called to the MacOn-Bibb escorted 911 center around midnight.

According to the Sheriff's office, “the MPs discovered several victims who suffered from gunshot wounds” when they made it to the scene. The paramedics also reacted to the scene and brought the victims to a hospital for treatment, while three victims were taken to the hospital with a personal vehicle.

Bibb County's forensic doctor, Leon Jones, told the MPs that the three men were dead at the scene.

At this point, a possible suspect was not given a word because the sheriff's office examines the case.
