Colorado State Troopers are looking for hit-and-run-suspect in fatal crash

Colorado State Patrol Troopers are looking for a driver who hit and killed a cyclist east of Boulder before he fled in front of the scene on Sunday morning.

The soldiers reacted to the crash in the 95th Street and the Avocet Lane in Boulder County, about 8 miles east of Boulder, on Sunday at 11:57 a.m., as can be seen from a press release from the state agency.

A Blue Toyota Highlander with Colorado Plate DTSG89 supposedly hit a man by bike in the area and fled the scene, the agency officials said in the publication.

Mediffers took the cyclist to the hospital, where he died of his injuries, according to the press release.
