Key mastermind in the Joy Jamima scandal arrested

Visakhapatnam: The Visakhapatnam police have arrested another important suspect in the ongoing examination of a sophisticated criminal network, which has targeted numerous top -class people in the port city in the past five years.

The police took Polamarasetti Ratna Raju, CEO of the Global ITC Company, which was described as an important mastermind in the criminal network in the airport area. The investigators have followed the financial transactions between Ratna Raju and the alleged leader of the gang Joy Jamima, who has already been arrested.

According to the police, the gang has developed a complex system that aimed at men's influencing positions. Victims are supposedly put in drugs, photographed in compromising situations and then blackmailed for large sums of money. Those who refused to suspend an escalating threats, including forced divorce procedures, forced marriages, robberies from valuables and in some cases physical violence or attempted murder.

The investigation has already led to some of the accused, including Bachu Venu Bhaskar Reddy and Avinash Benjamin, apart from Joy Jamima and Ratna Raju, which were examined in Visakhapatnam Central prison.
