Clock: The Colorado Sun discusses educational financing

Colorado made considerable progress in improving school financing last year when the heads of state and government both passed the budget stabilization factor a new school financing formula for the first time in three decades. However, a bad state budget deficit has dissolved some of these progress, whereby the legislature must train the amount of the funds that they can give the districts for next year.
