The video of the Arizona prison attack using pads has a reform lawyer that calls for changes

Fox 10 received a new video from a prison fight in Arizona, in which occupant's padlock used to violate other inmates.

It happened in the same prison in which several occupants were murdered in April.

We hear from the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Return (ADCRR) And a prison lawyer who says things have to change.

We would like to warn you that the video of the attack is violent and may be bothered by some spectators.

What you say:

The supporters of the reform of the prison reform say that the video sounds for lack of security for both inmates and their guards.

“The occupants lead the asylum, and taxpayers do not pay for that,” said Donna Hamm, director of Reform of the Central Ride prison.

A padlock and a chain. These are the weapons of choice in a recently attacked inmate attack, which was recorded in front of the camera in an Arizona prison.

The video lasts almost three minutes and shows the attack that jumps into the prison courtyard.

Hamm calls the attack annoying and illegal.

“They really dance with the jurisprudence that the right of an inmate to bring to safety.

Despite the brutal nature of the video, an ADCRR spokesman said that “no inmates have received serious injuries”, and those involved “were moved to higher custody accommodation”.

Sources tell Fox 10, this happened in the State Prison Complex in Tucson in Arizona.

Hamm says another concern about you when watching the video is the obvious lack of reaction by the prison staff.

“Nobody came to his aid, no employee tried to stop the attack in any way, and this includes when the attack went into the open recreation area,” said Hamm.

According to Hamm, security concerns extends over those who serve prison.

“If you watch the video and see that the inmates that swings a metal lock on a kind of strap or belt could just as easily swing with an employee. This is and should be a problem for all employees and all occupants,” she said.

This is not the first violent incident that takes place in the prison complex this year.

Saul Alvarez, Thorne Harnage and Donald Lashley were killed By Ricky Wasarenar on April 4, said Adcrr.

AdCrr published an explanation in which he fully said:

ADCRR is aware of a recently circulating video between inmates in an ADCRR prison complex. Since this incident remains under an internal and criminal investigation, the details that can be shared, including details on the weapon, are limited at this point. ADCRR became aware of the incident when he appeared a few days before the video was published. However, the department provides the following explanation:

Violence in some form in the Arizona prisons is unacceptable and is not tolerated. All occupants that are involved in violent clocks in this video or in other ways in the measures they are involved are fully held accountable for their actions for their actions of the department directive and state law.

ADCRR assures families and friends in the occupants that the incident was isolated in this video and that there is no persistent threat in this unit. The occupants involved in the incident were moved to a higher custody housing on the day of the incident, and no occupants received serious injuries due to the incident.
The department continues its efforts to restrict the recent tip of violence in the inmate population and works daily to ensure security, security and effective operations to protect occupants, employees and visitors. While ADCRR continues the challenging work of corrections nationwide, we increase our demands for better support from our employees, including the financing of higher wages and better storage, the recognition of critical, cross -risk workers with which he is commissioned.
