Bus fire, crash, closes part of the I-96

Lansing, Michigan (Wilx) – A bus in western direction on the I -96 caught fire on Wednesday afternoon and closed part of the street.

Ingham County official published a warning shortly before 4:30 p.m., which said the I-96 WB at Mile Marker 112 was closed. At 4:38 a.m., the officials sent an alarm that stood with WB I-96 after Williamston Exit 117 was closed because of a vehicle fire.

The Wilx staff near the scene saw a bus off the street and partly on fire. A semi truck was also seen from the street.

The highway is still closed on the 109.
