The aircraft door was open before the fatal crash of the Nassau County district defeated

Yuleee, Fla. -A preliminary report by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has determined several possible causes of the aircraft that crashed in a youlee district and claims the lifespan of the 56-year-old pilot.

The crash occurred on the morning of May 10, when a one-engine Piper aircraft, which had just left the Clearwater Air Park, went down in a forest area near the Blackrock Road.

The NTSB report shows that one of the flight doors was open during the start.

Photos contained in the document show that the door to the luggage kitchen remained open until the plane became in the air and left the frame.

The investigators said that about 10 seconds after the start, the plane was fired steeply before he hit a tree and plunged in the forests near a residential area.

According to the report, the pilot's wife said that the flight of the flight repositioned the airport from Nassau Airport to Fernandina Beach Airport, where they would wait for expected thunderstorms to exist.

“Preliminary checking of the weather radard data showed that a number of intensive precipitation echoes are moved through the area at the time of the accident,” the report said.

The document mentioned that no essential mechanical failures were immediately apparent.

The information in the report is temporarily. A complete investigation to determine the exact cause of the crash has not yet been completed.
