Another round of potentially heavy storms is expected on Sunday evening.

For Denton County, a fall flood warning will be issued until 12:30 p.m.

Several funnel clouds were discovered by CBS News Texas Storm Chaser Jason McLaughlin in Palo Pinto County, and there was a confirmation of a tornado via Strawn.

Please have several ways to maintain warnings and be ready to act quickly if a warning is issued for your area.

Storms will probably still last near the Red River after sunset before ending around midnight.

Monday is also a first watchful weather day due to the potential of another round of heavy storms.

The Dallas-Fort Worth Metropex was upgraded to a level 3 and the risk of storms in the evening improved on Monday afternoon.

Please remain aware of the weather because all types of storm are possible, including tornados.

In the late Monday to early Tuesday morning, a cold front will move to north -lexas and bring a welcome decline in humidity.

Dry air will settle in airy northwest winds and reduce taup points to the 1950s!

As a reference, taup points in the 1970s have been in the past few days, so it will feel wonderfully!

This drier air also means some cooler morning on Wednesday and Thursday when you wake up with the 50s and lower 60s.

Enjoy a break from the storms Tuesday and Wednesday, but a rapidly moving disorder could produce a few showers on Thursday evening.

The temperatures gradually warm up through the normal way to the next weekend.
