Soundgarden points to an unpublished album with Chris Cornell, the late front man on the eighth anniversary of his death.

Chris Cornell helped in 1984 when the legendary Grunge band was founded and was the front man until his death of suicide on May 18, 2017. Yesterday Cornell's eighth anniversary, and bass player Ben Shepherd took on social media to share a tribute in his honor.

In the lengthy contribution, Shepherd instructed an unpublished recording at which the band worked at the time of the tragic death of Cornell. Soundgarden still has to announce a publication date for new music.
