The public prosecutor presented additional video evidence and eyewitness accounts to paint the crime scene in a mass shooting that promoted three people. The case was argued on April 28th in front of the judge of the DC Superior Court Neal Kravitz.

William Johnson-Lee, 22, Erwin Dubose, 30, Kamar Queen (27) and Damonta Thompson, 28, are charged with conspiracy, two cases of deliberate murder of the first degree, while he is causing more difficult circumstances, two counts of the attack on purpose, and three counts that had to deal with significant body. Donnetta Dyson, 24-year-old Keenan Braxton and 37-year-old Johnny Joyner.

Dubose, Queen and Johnson-Lee are facing another nine charges of possession of a firearm during a violent crime. Thompson and Queen have taken an additional count of the first degree murder while he was armed with aggravating circumstances, and Johnson-Lee has another two counts of the same charges. Dubose, Queen and Thompson will also be deliberately killed before an additional charges for assault while being armed.

In addition, dubose and queen are also charged with a prior conviction due to illegal possession of a firearm. Dubose was raised due to an intentional murder of the first degree while he armed and manipulated evidence. Finally, Queen and Johnson-Lee are accused of wearing a gun without a license outside of the business.

An incident occurred on September 4, 2021 on the 600 block of the Longfellow Street, NW, and suffered three more from injuries. While another shootout on the 800 block -oglethorpe road, ne, one remained injured.

The 52 -year -old Toyia Johnson and Mussay Resene (32) are charged with the fact of accessory, while they are armed and manipulated with physical evidence for their alleged participation in the support of the other defendants in eliminating evidence and avoiding that they are caught in connection with the case.

A specialist from the Department of Forensic Sciences (DFS) said that police dogs had found three other mussel sleeves on September 5 on September 5 and found the night of the incident. The jury also saw photos that showed apparent blood stains and damaged cars and houses.

In the cross-life, the lawyer of Johnson-Lee, Peter Fayne, demanded the witnesses about the use of metal detectors who were used to find additional evidence. The witness did not know any earlier work of another forensics team as the first canvas carried out on the night of the incident.

The public prosecutor called an official from the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), who was on patrol during the shootout on Longfellow Street.

The public prosecutor came to the conclusion whether the witness was aware that the victims and the people who lived in Longfellow Street made music videos. The witness testified that they were aware of and saw how they created music videos in the past.

The lawyer of the Kamar Queen, Brian McDaniel, asked the witness about the cross -interpretation whether they had searched or looked at the music videos for work or personal time. The witness said that he was ordered to familiarize himself with the people in this area by a higher -level officer – which had to monitor her contributions on social media and YouTube.

After a follow -up, the public prosecutor's office presented screenshots of the music videos and asked if the official knew or recognized one of the participants. The official said that he recognized many people as people who were “top-class” people who were aware of the Kennedy Street crew, known as Kdy, that the authorities say that they associated numerous violent and drug-related crime. The officer said one of the Murder Braxton in the video was a victim.

The defense and the public prosecutor agreed to play a number of surveillance videos for the jury to demonstrate the shootout in Longfellow Street. Two videos showed that several people leave a car and sneak into a house and light out shots, while other videos showed that people fled to the scene.

The public prosecutor described its last witness, another officer with MPD, who said about the shootout, which took place on the 800 Block Oglethorpe Road, during which the public prosecutor claimed that queen and friends had been targeted hours before the Longfellow shooting.

The parties are to be achieved again on April 29.
