Fort Wayne Man will be charged with neglect in the death of girlfriend in 2022 from 2022

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Wpta)-a 36-year-old Fort Wayne-Mann, who is charged with his girlfriend in the death of her son in 2022, has accepted a plea offer.

Jonathan Mulvihill was charged with three neglect of crimes, level 1 and two levels 6, in connection with the 4-year-old Dominic Wood, who died from cocaine and fentanyl toxicity in 2022. A plea agreement signed by Mulvihill on Wednesday requested the neglect of Mulvihill and an additional load with female lifting with the lower level cast.

His mother Noel Wood and her friend Jonathan Mulvihill are charged with the death of the 4-year-old.

The agreement calls for a 20-year sentence.

Mulvihill is to be convicted on May 21 if the judge at the Supreme Court accepts the agreement by everyone.

The victim's mother, 27-year-old Noel Wood, accepted a plea agreement last year, in which she had to testify against Mulvihill if his case was brought to trial.

The agreement demands that it will be sentenced to 18 years in prison.

The police, who examined the boy's death, described the family conditions of the family as a “complete dirt”, as court files. The “extreme chaos” was spent as a bad stench, pile of garbage, dilapidated food and apparent human feces on walls, windows and toys.

One of the children in the house described how he put “white powder” on his nose. A search of the house showed that the drug deficit of all three children in the house was within reach, all of whom were younger than 8 years old.

Noel Wood is to be convicted on May 12th.
