The swell season “In the back” – Americana UK

Here is the latest single from the Oscar winner Glen Hansard & Markéta Irglová, also known as a swell season. With gently existing drums, Irglová's atmospheric key and comprehensive threads by Marja Gaynor on violin and Viola Bertrand Galen on cello there is a rich, complete sound that increases Hansard's beautiful, monode vocal performance. The video produced by James Del and Anthony Mulcahy was recorded during a surprise appearance at New York Bar Croboker. The duo says about the song: “In every situation of letting go, continued is clearly the right and natural thing. This song speaks to this part of us, which cannot get there. Irglová says: “It really felt like it was to write the” Forward “record because it is a kind of reunion, but we don't go backwards. We both have grown and changed.
