Video shows man who attacks the woman in her car

AIKE, SC (WRDW/dares) – An Aiken -mann was arrested after he was supposed to attack a hospice employee in her car outside of a patient at home, according to the Aiken Department of Public Safety

John Rosso, 79, was arrested on Monday for assault and battery, 3rd degree.

Officers said they reacted to a house on the Bellree -Drive, in which 25 -year -old Jasmine Thomas was in the front steps with swelling on the face.

Thomas works as a caretaker of the hospice on the Bellree -Drive.

When she turned against Bellere, Thomas passed Rosso, who spoke to an unknown woman along the street. According to the Incident Report, Rosso von Bellere lives.

Thomas told the officials that Rosso had climbed into his car and caught up with very high speed.

Thomas explained when she turned into the entrance of the house where she worked, Rosso approached the door of her drivers and began to hit her window hard enough that she thought it would break.

Thomas told the official when she tried to get out of her car, Rosso hit the door on parts of her body.

The incident report says that Thomas then crawled over her console and got out through her passenger door and made his way to the door of the house.

According to the incident report, Rosso ran her from her and hit her again, whereupon Thomas tried to string back.

“They don't belong here,” said Rosso and called her after the incident report.

Thomas said she was afraid that Rosso would “kill her and her children” if he would ever look after the incident report.

At that time, the homeowner ran outside to help Thomas when she was attacked, the report says.

The homeowner came between Thomas and Rosso and separated the two.

The homeowner told the officials that Thomas worked for his family for a while, and he believes that the incident “was provoked by racism”.

Thomas recorded the incident on her cell phone, and the homeowner said he also had a footage of it, according to the incident report.

According to the Aiken County Detung Center, the bond was set at $ 1,087.50.
