The accused driver refused Bond, accused of the death of the South Fulton Officer

South Fulton, Ga. (Atlanta News first) – the woman who was charged with an accident in which a life of a police captain in South Fulton was claimed was denied.

Santoria McLean appeared on Friday in front of a judge of the Supreme Court of Fulton County after being charged after a crash in April because of the death of captain Helio Garcia.

McLean is charged with the first degree vehicle murder, inappropriate driving, ruthless driving and speed overruns.

According to court documents, McLean was denied the bond because it was assumed as a danger to the community.

Atlanta News first received no message about when a possible test date is determined.
