Dusble Lake Shore entrepreneur Namen at the Hollywood Avenue Schleiden

The bound Lake Shore Drive to the north is closed on Monday morning due to a crash near the Hollywood Avenue in Chicago's Edwater Viertel.

The closure extends from Bryn Mawr Street to Hollywood Avenue, said Kris Habermehl. The drivers are pressed in the Bryn Mawr Street while the crews work to extinguish the crash.

Habermehl said that several vehicles collided and several people were injured. Video from the scene shows at least three vehicles that are examined by the police.

It is not clear how many people were injured in the crash.

The Chicago police have not confirmed any details of the crash.

The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
