Bragg describes the man from Louisiana for flatronon hate crime

On Tuesday, May 13th, the district prosecutor of Manhattan, Alvin L. Bragg Jr., announced the indictment against Philip Wales (30) because he supposedly attacked and harassed a gay couple in the neighborhood of Flatiron.

In an indictment against the Supreme Court of New York, Wales is charged with an indictment for assault in the third degree as a hate crime and a number of severe harassment every second degree.
