Woman found shot on the sidewalk in Montco, friend charged – NBC10 Philadelphia

A 26-year-old Warrington man was charged with murder after officials said that he was in the police after his girlfriend was shot in front of her house in West Conshocken on Sunday.

According to the police, Michael Dutkiewicz, 26, from Warrington, was charged from West Conshohocken for murder and related crimes in the death of Alyssa Rose Wiest, 25.

According to court documents, Dutkiewicz was charged after Wiest had suffered “obvious gunshot wounds on her torso” on the sidewalk in front of her house along the 200 Block of the Moorehead Avenue in West Conshohocken at 12:25 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025.

According to the officials, Wiest was taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced shortly after their arrival.

At the scene of the crime, officials said that a blood path from which was discovered to the front door of her house that Ajar was left.

In a call around 7:02 a.m. on Sunday, the woman shared, the officials told the police that her son wanted to give up herself.

Officials believe that two shots were fired in the house in the court documents – one in a bedroom and one in a staircase that led the stairs below – and three other shots on the sidewalk on which the reads collapsed.

According to the officials, an investigation of the incident was still taking place.

Dutkiewicz is currently in police custody in the Montgomery district prison after his deposit has been rejected. His next court appearance is planned for May 29, 2025.
